Terra Tovela, a farm-to-table, full-service caterer, has your holiday catering needs covered this season. Terra Tovela is based in Snohomish and prepares everything from scratch, sourcing whole, local, seasonal ingredients, with preference to small Snohomish family farms.

Winemaker’s Dinners
Our popular winemaker’s dinner series offers the true farm-to-table dining experience: pairing a multi-course chef’s tasting menu, featuring the best ingredients of the moment from the local harvest, with our region’s best wines, selected & served by the winemaker herself/himself.

Special Dinner Pre-Orders
Most recently we’ve helped families elevate their Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners with farm fresh ingredients and preparation by our chefs. Choose from red wine + fig braised beef short ribs, bacon wrapped Carlton Farms pork loin, and herb and lemon brined heritage turkey for your entree.
Each order receives black pepper + sage gravy, cranberry fig jam, focaccia stuffing with Italian sausage + caramelized onions, creamy mashed potatoes, roasted local seasonal vegetables and our farmer’s market salad with tarragon vinaigrette. Fully cooked and ready to heat for your special gathering!
